Domain of gravity and space

This Tier III domain covers gravity and spatial relationships: weight, attraction, repulsion, orientation, distance, position, local geometry, and bounded distortions of space. It grants vocabulary for building capabilities in that domain; their verb tier, range, target, duration, and other primitives still determine what each capability can do.
